Partner, Affiliate & Advertising Disclosure

How Adoracle labels partner quests, affiliate rewards, sponsored content, and commercial communications.

Before publishing: replace every yellow placeholder, remove sections for features you do not actually use, and obtain legal review before a paid launch, app-store launch, child-facing launch, public-gallery launch, or significant partner/advertising revenue.

1. Clear labeling principle

Adoracle may include partner quests, sponsored quests, affiliate links, reward codes, local business offers, or collaborations. These will be labeled clearly and close to the relevant content.

Possible labels include: Sponsored Quest, Partner Reward, Affiliate Link, Paid partnership, or Adoracle may receive a commission.

2. Forms of compensation

Adoracle may receive money, commission, free products, free services, discounts, event access, partner rewards, or other economic benefits. A benefit can exist even if the user does not pay Adoracle directly.

3. Cost to users

Affiliate or partner compensation does not necessarily increase the user's price, but partner terms vary. Users should check partner prices, opening hours, availability, age/access restrictions, accessibility, safety rules, redemption terms, and expiry dates before relying on an offer.

4. Tracking-light implementation

The preferred implementation is privacy-light: visible reward codes, manual redemption, or simple partner quest IDs rather than ad pixels, third-party SDKs, contact-book upload, or social scraping. If tracking cookies or third-party pixels are introduced, Adoracle must request consent and update its privacy/cookie information.

5. Partner responsibility

Unless expressly stated otherwise, partner businesses are responsible for their own goods, services, premises, prices, safety, staff, opening hours, and redemption terms. Adoracle is not the seller of partner goods or services merely because it displays a partner quest or affiliate link.

6. Editorial independence

Adoracle may decline or remove partner quests that are unsafe, misleading, discriminatory, privacy-invasive, incompatible with the app's purpose, or legally risky. Sponsored status does not guarantee a positive description or ranking.
